Question:
Does anyone have a sesame seed or oil allergy. I get severe reactions.
Answer:
My 3 year old is allergic to sesame. What do you need to know? So do I. S O is one of those things it's easy to live without. What
would you like to know. The only time sesame and sesame oil is hard to avoid is in Chinese
cooking, and to a lesser extent, Japanese and Korean cooking. and in mediterranean and middle eastern cooking, where tahini (sesame
seed paste) is used... don't forget snack foods which use sesame for
flavoring. and there are always salad dressing which contain sesa,e. Somebody told me about a person who was strongly allergic to sesame seeds, one
sesame seed was enough to cause a reaction. I didn't get any more details. I eat sesame seeds (raw, ground) on a steady basis, along with raw peanuts,
pecans, almonds and filberts, need high-fat nuts and seeds to prevent calorie
deficit; too skinny to permit fasting or elimination diets.
