Question:
My allergies seem way worse than ever (dogs, dust, pollen). Also, I
seem much more sensitive to my Allegra than ever before. I'm a 30 yo
Male 170 lbs.
Should Dr. Atkins be blamed for this or is it just a coincidence?

If I were you, I'd be keeping a food diary, and a reaction diary. Look
for correllation. You might be allergic to a food that you are now
eating more of than you were before LC. It's probably a mild allergy,
but it's building, and making you more sensitive to other things.
Suspects on a LC diet should include aparatame, nuts, dairy, eggs, or
other preservative that is lacing your food or drink. I am eating way more dairy than I ever used to. My pollen/dust/cat allergies produce about 80 percent less problems
so long as I stay low carb. Perhaps you're eating something that
contributes to your allergic reaction. I found whenever I cheated on
anything containing corn or corn syrup, my allergies became severe for
a couple of days, and I felt like I had a brick in my chest. Perhaps a
food diary would help you.
