Question:
Confusion arose from somebody on alt.support.asthma who sold both lines. One dealer
promised money back if the customer was not satisfied and failed to honor that
promise when the customer found the emissions irritating. In view of the
controversy regarding ozone, I'd surely want to know what it smelled like with
an ozone generator before buying. Was that actually a dead mouse in the Austin Health Mate, or something else that
smelled awful?

I sold him a unit was lying. That guy was just a trouble maker trying to
stir things up. I explained that I sell wholesale to the public with free
shipping along with what my terms are and why they are the way they are. I
agree with you ,If you dont really know which product you want to
purchase,you should check a friends unit out first or purchase one from a
retail business at their price. You still may end up with an air cleaner
that has been returned and resold to you at a retail store or from anyone
with a return policy as these companies do not want to lose the money on the
product by throwing it out just because it has been contaminated. The other
story was that the person had a bad odor from what he or she thought was a
dead mouse in between the walls of the house. The poster was trying to get
rid of the odor. Please read these posts more carefully. I understand your
point,but everything was already explained in detail. I am emailing you in regards to your website post on your odors and
allergies. I have found a fan better than any other fan availible. It cleans
2,400 cubic feet per minute and cleans 99.5% of the air. There is not a fan
out on the market today that even comes close to matching these numbers. It is
getting ready to be released on March 15. It just replaces your normal celing
fan blades. It is only like $215.00 and the filters are only about 39.00.They
are heppa filters. It really helped me with my allergies, i dont wake up with
