Question:
Does anyone know if a high pollen count can affect SEBORRHEIC
DERMATITIS? The count has been very high over the last day or so. I
have been overly miserable
Answer:
Not much information available. The only article in pubmed related to
the keywords is an older review of clinical management practices and
distinctions between atopic and seborrheic dermatitis
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&db=PubMed&...
From the description, seborrheic form would not be affected by pollen
counts but the atopic form would be.
Seborrhea can be caused by allergies, yes.
